Required Content — 6 Videos
One complete cycle. Submitted directly to DDT. No drop dates.
Six videos. One 60-day window.
Every influencer completes and submits the same six videos, covering the full lifecycle of the DDT — from first unboxing to an honest final review. All six must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your unit.

Unbox the DDT on camera — show the unit, keychain, trinket tray, and any included accessories as you first experience them.

Kit Up
Set up the full workstation from scratch — levels, trays, loading drills — start to finish.

Actual Use
A real diamond painting session using the DDT as your workstation.

A second real session, showing continued and ongoing use of the DDT.

Kit Down
Remove all drills from the workstation and prepare the tower for the next kit up — the full breakdown process.

An honest, genuine, unscripted review of your experience with the DDT. Uploaded to DDT and shared publicly on your channel(s).
👁️ Ongoing Visibility Commitment
As a DDT Influencer or Ambassador, you agree to keep your Static Touch Diamond Drill Tower visibly present in all future livestreams and videos. Visibility does the work — every time it's on screen, it opens the door for someone watching to ask what it is, and that question is where the next sale starts.

Video Delivery & Ownership
Submitted via Google Drive. Ownership transfers to DDT permanently.
📁 How to submit
DDT will share a private Google Drive folder with you at onboarding. Upload each video directly into your folder as you complete it — full quality, no compression, no email attachments needed. All six videos must be uploaded within 60 days of receiving your unit.
⚖️ Ownership & Transfer of Rights
Upon submission, ownership of all six videos transfers to DDT permanently. This is not a license or a temporary usage grant — it is a full, irrevocable transfer of ownership. Once a video is uploaded to the shared Google Drive folder, DDT owns that footage outright, the same as if DDT had filmed it directly.
This transfer survives the relationship. It makes no difference whether the influencer partnership continues, ends amicably, ends in a dispute, or is terminated by either party for any reason. DDT's ownership of the six videos continues indefinitely and is not affected by, or contingent on, the status of the broader influencer or ambassador relationship.
DDT's rights include, without limitation: the right to use, edit, remix, repost, sublicense, and archive the footage — in whole or in part — across any platform, format, or medium, for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes, indefinitely and without additional compensation, credit, or approval required from the influencer.
The influencer may continue to host their own original copy of a video on their own channel(s) for as long as that channel exists, but does so without any ownership claim or right to demand DDT stop using the footage. If a conflict ever arises between the influencer's continued personal use and DDT's commercial use, DDT's ownership rights control.

Non-Delivery Policy
What happens if the videos aren't submitted.

Step 2 — After 3rd Missed Deadline
Program Ineligible
Triggered once 3 of the 6 required videos are missing past the 60-day window. Documented in partner records. Ineligible for all future DDT programs. No exceptions.

Conduct & Termination for Cause
Bad-faith public attacks end the relationship immediately — and the unit comes back.
Disagreements happen, and honest criticism is always welcome — that's part of an authentic review. This section is not about that. It exists for the rare case where an influencer or ambassador acts in bad faith to actively damage DDT's reputation, rather than simply giving honest feedback.

Bad-Faith Public Disparagement
Coordinated attacks, defamatory statements, or bad-faith pile-ons
Includes livestreams, group chats, comment brigading, or any coordinated public effort intended to damage DDT's reputation rather than offer honest feedback.

DDT's Sole Discretion
Immediate termination, no waiting period
DDT may terminate the relationship immediately upon discovering conduct described above — no warning, cure period, or advance notice required.

All Rewards Forfeited
Portal access, commissions, and pending rewards end immediately
Referral link deactivated. Any unpaid commission balance and any pending or unclaimed milestone reward (including signing or breakthrough discounts) are forfeited.
📦 Return of the Unit or Discount Clawback
What happens to the DDT unit(s) an influencer received depends on how they got it — this is not one-size-fits-all.
Units received free of charge — including a fully comped signing unit or a free milestone reward — must be returned to DDT. DDT will provide return shipping instructions within 7 days of termination, and the influencer has 14 days from receiving those instructions to ship the unit back, in the condition it was received, less normal use.
Units purchased at a program discount (such as the 25% off Luminary rewards) are not subject to return — the influencer paid for and owns that unit. Instead, the influencer forfeits the discount: DDT will invoice the difference between the discounted price paid and the full retail price at the time of purchase, due within 14 days of the invoice.
Failure to return a free unit, or failure to pay a discount clawback invoice, within the applicable window may result in the matter being referred for collection.
This right exists in addition to, not instead of, the video ownership terms in Chapter 06 — DDT's ownership of any previously submitted videos is permanent and is not affected by a termination for cause.

Revenue share never expires. Commission does. That's the whole point.
An Ambassador — Team Member generating 500 units/month earns $7,200/month. Permanently.
Revenue share is permanent and has no campaign end date. A Team Member ambassador attributing 500 units/month at a blended $288 AOV earns $7,200/month in perpetual income — $86,400/year — as long as they are active. Unlike influencer commissions, ambassador revenue share continues every month, compounding as the DDT brand grows.
