This store provides a 1-year replacement warranty on defective items only.
If a customer receives an item with a verified defect, they may request a replacement within 1 year from the date of purchase or delivery. To qualify for a replacement, the customer may be required to provide proof of purchase, order details, photos, videos, or other evidence showing the defect.
