Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping on all eligible orders.

All products are shipped from Central, South Carolina. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, please allow 4–6 weeks for order processing and delivery.

We offer multiple shipping options, including standard shipping, express shipping, local delivery, and pickup where available. Shipping is charged at a flat rate, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the customer.

If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, it will be handled through the shipping carrier's insurance process. We will assist where possible, but responsibility for shipping-related issues will be managed according to the carrier's insurance policy.

We also ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses, as long as the order has been prepaid.
