We do not offer refunds. Our policy is defective replacement only.
If a product is defective, customers may request a replacement within the 1-year warranty period. Replacement requests are subject to review and verification.
This policy applies only to products we create. Personalized items, custom-chosen items, and custom-made products are not eligible for refund or replacement unless they are confirmed to be defective.
Customers must contact us before returning any item. A return will not be accepted unless the customer has received an RA Number / Return Authorization Number from us first.
Items must be returned in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it and advise the customer of the next steps. If the defect is verified and the claim is approved, a replacement will be processed.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the review and replacement process after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable law. If any refund is required by law or approved in special circumstances, it will be issued to the original payment method.
